Job summary

IBM Consulting Philippines seeks an OTC Analysts/Specialist to manage customer masterdata, credit, billing, invoicing, and disputes. You will ensure timely order processing and cash application while maintaining client relationships and meeting SLAs/OLAs.

The role requires strong Spanish communications, AR/BPO experience, and proficiency in SAP/Oracle/Salesforce. You will work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams and strict deadlines.

Qualifications

Proficient Spanish communication skills.
Graduate with 2–4 years in AR processes; at least 2 years in a BPO setting.
Excellent understanding of general finance concepts.
Advanced knowledge of Customer Masterdata, Order/Credit, Billing, Collections and Disputes.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or other ERP systems.
Reliable experience in monitoring customer accounts and cash application.
Team player with participation in team meetings and information sharing.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Handle OTC transactional tasks for customer masterdata, credit, billing and invoicing.
Maintain client relationships and ensure SLAs/OLAs are met.
Manage order processing, cash collection and disputes.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Adhere to procedures and guidelines defined with the client.
