Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Order to Cash professional to support end-to-end revenue cycle in the Philippines. You will manage orders, billing, collections, cash application and AR processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with SLAs.

The role targets candidates with OTC/AR experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to work in office locations including Mandaluyong/Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• At least 6 months of OTC/AR/billing experience in SSC/BPO environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end OTC processes including order management, billing and AR activities.
• Process and maintain customer sales orders and related transactions.
• Generate invoices and perform billing adjustments as needed.
• Monitor accounts and follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely collections.
• Post and allocate customer payments; perform cash application.
• Investigate payment discrepancies, deductions and disputes.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate receivables balances.
• Support period-end AR and billing activities and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve cash flow.
