Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Organization Effectiveness Officer to shape talent reviews, performance cycles, IDP planning, and employee engagement. The role drives data-driven interventions to boost culture and capability across the organization.

You will partner with business leaders and HR partners, applying systems thinking to diagnose gaps and design targeted OE initiatives that translate strategy into action.

Formación

• 5+ years in HR OD/OE/L&D or HRBP roles.
• Proven consulting with business leaders and end-to-end OE/OD project experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end OE projects, including deployment and handover to BAU.
• Scope stakeholder requirements, analyze data (MyPulse/eNPS, attrition, IDP insights) to plan interventions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose needs and implement tailored interventions.
• Apply OD/OE methodologies to identify capability opportunities and drive culture improvements.
• Translate business strategies into OE needs and provide actionable leadership insights.
