Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Set performance expectations and monitor recruitment delivery.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team development initiatives.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions (manufacturing, engineering, sales, marketing, corporate, technical, leadership).
• Provide talent market insights and hiring recommendations to management.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure hiring targets and service levels.
