Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 5-8 years experience in Training, L&D, or Organizational Development.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
• Deep knowledge in employee engagement, assessment, evaluation.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Organizational Development frameworks (succession planning, change management, and leadership pipelines) tailored to both corporate headquarters and field operations.
• Oversee the end-to-end curriculum development for Management Trainee Programs, Supervisor Acceleration Programs, and Leadership Development modules.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, culture-building programs, and team alignment workshops.
• Perform other programs/projects assigned by the management.
