Job summary

Unilab, Inc. is seeking an experienced Organizational Development professional to design and implement initiatives that strengthen culture, drive change management, and enhance employee engagement.

The role focuses on building leadership capability and aligning talent strategies with business goals. You will collaborate with HR partners and centers of excellence to roll out programs, craft communication roadmaps, and ensure effective messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in organizational development.
• Experience designing and implementing OD interventions aligned with business strategy.
• Experience in change management is a plus.
• Proven ability to create and execute strategic communication roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic initiatives to enhance organizational understanding and execute programs/interventions in key areas such as culture building, change management, employee engagement, and succession planning.
• Create and execute communication roadmap for cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of messaging across relevant channels.
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and workforce to roll out key programs that support organizational goals, build culture and strengthen workforce capability.
