Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in OD and training leadership, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with department heads across the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BS/AB Psychology/Behavioral Science or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years of managerial work experience in organization development and training.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in formulating and implementing HR programs and OD interventions.
• Good in policy development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develops organizational development programs to enhance organizational culture and communication, talent and performance management system, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Develops training modules to enhance. Coordinates with Department Heads in crafting training programs based on identified needs and organizational requirements.
