Job summary

Hospitality Enterprise Resources Corporation seeks a Change Management professional to design and support enterprise transformation initiatives. You will embed governance checkpoints, define adoption criteria, and drive stakeholder engagement across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years experience in change management, OD, training, or transformation support.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Willingness to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Embed change management checkpoints within governance and process rollout frameworks.
• Define adoption requirements and readiness criteria for new or revised processes.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement plans align with governance milestones.
• Integrate structured change plans into transformation project lifecycles.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments for major initiatives.
• Monitor post-implementation adoption and behavioural sustainability metrics.
• Develop and maintain a structured change management methodology for the organization.
• Design and implement enterprise capability-building programs related to transformation tools and practices.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training coordination.
• Track and report Change Agility Index and related adoption indicators.
• Build and sustain a network of transformation champions across business units.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Governance & Standardization
