Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Specialist, Org Management to join the Organizational Management Team of HR Central Services. You will support global processes for organizational management and employee data management within SuccessFactors across more than 70 countries.

Key duties include creating and maintaining MDF objects, organizational structures, data quality checks, and collaboration with global HR and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Strong data analysis and validation skills.
• Proven stakeholder management across functions and countries.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain MDF objects for Organizational Management (positions, departments, etc).
• Set up and maintain organizational structures and data quality checks.
• 2nd-level support for employee data and compensation data corrections.
• Monitor data quality and ensure replication to local ERP systems.
• Support projects and process improvements with HR and IT teams.
