Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Org Management to join the HR Central Services' OM team. You will support global processes related to organizational management and employee data within SuccessFactors, servicing 70+ countries across time zones.

You will ensure high-quality, compliant execution in coordination with GBS HR Process Management. You will lead data maintenance for positions, departments, and classifications, monitor data quality, and drive improvements in data governance

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and 2-3 years of experience in 2nd/3rd level Employee Data Management with high proficiency in Organizational Management and complex data handling.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in HR / Shared Services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain MDF objects for Organizational Management (Positions, Departments, Job Classifications).
• Set up and maintain organizational structures.
• Provide 2nd level support for employee data, including corrections via manual entry or mass import.
• Monitor data quality and ensure correct data replication to local ERP systems.
• Lead team members on data management initiatives, projects, and system rollouts.
• Suggest IT-driven improvements to HR services to boost efficiency.
• Stay updated on HR tech trends and drive lean processes within HR and GBS.
• Support knowledge transfer and develop Use Cases and Process Guides.
