Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation in Manila seeks an Organizational Development Manager to design and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance, while leading change initiatives across Motortrade Nationwide Corporation.

You will align HR strategies with business goals, develop KPIs, coach leaders, and roll out performance management, learning, and wellness programs to support multi-branch operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in organizational development, change management, leadership development, or related HR functions.
• Experience in a corporate or multi-branch organization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement change management strategies for restructuring and process improvement initiatives.
• Guide leaders and teams through organizational change to ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop and execute employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention programs.
• Implement performance management systems aligned with company goals and accountability standards.
• Provide training and support on performance management tools and practices.
• Design employee wellness and recognition programs to improve engagement and well-being.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders, including Motortrade Nationwide Corporation management.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop team members based on KPIs and performance standards.
