Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks an Organizational Development Manager to design and implement strategies that boost organizational effectiveness, engagement, and performance across client accounts, notably Motortrade Nationwide Corporation. You will lead change initiatives and align HR programs with business needs.

This role requires strong OD expertise, change management, and results-driven leadership to support multi-branch organizations in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in organizational development, change management, leadership development, or related HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement change management strategies for restructuring and process-improvement initiatives.

• Guide leaders and teams through organizational change to ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop and execute employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention programs.
• Implement performance management systems aligned with company goals and accountability standards.
• Provide training and support on performance management tools and practices.
• Design employee wellness and recognition programs to improve engagement and well-being.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders, including Motortrade Nationwide Corporation management.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop team members based on KPIs and performance standards.
