Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a People Engagement and Communications Manager to shape how employees and external audiences experience the company culture and initiatives. You will lead storytelling, employer branding, and change communications to strengthen engagement and employer brand across digital and internal platforms.

The ideal candidate translates HR initiatives into engaging narratives, with strong writing, design, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employer branding, social media management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting HR, People & Culture, or organizational development initiatives is highly preferred.
• Background in fast-paced, high-growth, technology, telecommunications, or corporate environments is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing digital content and social media campaigns for employer branding or corporate culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer branding strategy across digital and social platforms.
• Grow the company’s employee-focused social media presence reflecting culture and values.
• Create multimedia content including features, stories, events, videos, and recruitment campaigns.
• Support Talent Acquisition with recruitment marketing and campaigns.
• Ensure messaging consistency across channels.
• Monitor trends and optimize content strategy for reach and visibility.
• Interact with prospective candidates and employees professionally on social channels.
• Design and implement internal communication plans aligned with People & Culture priorities.
• Develop materials explaining HR programs, policies, updates, and initiatives.
• Produce newsletters, leadership messages, intranet content, and campaign materials.
• Partner with leaders to ensure timely communications across departments.
