Job summary

AS White Global Pty is seeking an Order-to-Cash / Master Data Specialist to support customer onboarding, master data, and credit services for AU and NZ. You will work with AU/NZ stakeholders to keep customer information accurate and drive credit applications through appropriate channels.

The role involves triaging requests, supporting claims, and delivering reporting for master data, onboarding and claims. Hybrid work with one day onsite in Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related.
• 2+ years in credit management, customer master data or order-to-cash in shared services.
• Knowledge of credit-related functions and customer master data.
• Attention to detail in reviewing requests and data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Experience in high-volume environments with deadlines.
• SAP experience preferred; other ERPs considered.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer master data and onboarding requests across AU and NZ.
• Process credit applications, review credit checks and elevate exceptions as needed.
• Triage shared inboxes and workflow tickets, ensuring requests are correctly routed and actioned.
• Support customer claims and disputes, tracking them through to resolution or escalation.
• Prepare and maintain reporting and dashboards for master data, onboarding and claims.
• Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and follow credit policies, procedures and data requirements.
• Collaborate with the wider credit services team and AU/NZ business stakeholders.

Key Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related program.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit management, customer master data, order-to-cash, in a shared services environment is a must.
• Relevant knowledge or exposure to credit-related functions, with customer master data experience also highly relevant.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing requests, documentation and customer data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in a high-volume environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload independently.
• SAP experience is highly regarded, but experience with other ERP systems will also be considered.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data reconciliation and reporting.

Work setup:

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian business hours (6am to 3pm Manila time) with a hybrid set up of 1 day onsite in our BGC office and 4 days Work-From-Home.
