Job summary

8x8, Inc. is seeking an Order Desk Analyst in the Philippines to support the Commercial Sales Operations team. The role focuses on validating orders, ensuring compliance with contracts and pricing matrices, and coordinating with sales, finance and partners.

You will monitor metrics, manage prioritization during peak periods, and help document ordering procedures to drive process improvements. This position is hybrid, based in BGC, Taguig City, and follows US business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ordering or sales operations or inside sales.
• Ability to read and extract data from contracts/documents.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented and data accuracy focus.
• Experience with pricing in a policy matrix and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Validate order requests against contracts and approvals.
• Ensure orders conform to policies and pricing matrix; coordinate revisions.
• Process and schedule sales orders within SLA.
• Provide cross-functional support to sales, logistics, and manufacturers.
• Maintain and monitor weekly metrics (on-time delivery, ship days, etc.).
• Communicate urgently with Sales and Management on exceptions.
• Document ordering procedures and improve processes.
• Maintain focus during high-volume periods at quarter/month ends.
