Job summary

Connext in the Philippines is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to support Sales and Finance by handling orders, invoices, credits, returns, and related transactions with precision.

You will use Shopify, SyteLine ERP, and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage, review details, resolve discrepancies, and keep accurate records while coordinating with internal teams.

Strong English communication and time management are essential to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order processing or related admin
• Experience with orders, invoices, credits, transactions
• Experience using ERP or order management systems
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

Responsibilities

• Download and review invoices from Shopify
• Process purchase orders through production control system
• Create internal POs in SyteLine ERP
• Enter and process sales orders including taxes and warranties
• Review order details for accuracy and completeness
• Process price adjustments and credits
• Review RMAs and supporting documentation
• Maintain backlog trackers and follow up on refunds/returns
• Coordinate with Finance on checks and bookings
• Review pricing data and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate order-processing records and databases
