Job summary

Connext, a dedicated BPO partner, is seeking an organized professional to handle AP/AR processing and accounting support for US clients. The role involves reviewing invoices, processing POs, and reconciling discrepancies with precise, deadline-driven execution.

You will work with SAP/QuickBooks/Sage-like systems, maintain records, and support e-commerce platforms integration into ERP. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in AP/AR, invoice processing or finance operations.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, Sage or similar.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Attention to detail and deadline management.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Experience supporting US clients or US accounting processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process AP and AR invoices accurately and on time.
• Review customer orders, vendor invoices, pricing, taxes, and supporting documents.
• Process purchase orders, credits, refunds, returns, and account adjustments.
• Reconcile invoice and payment discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, credits, and other financial transactions.
• Support order and invoice processing from e-commerce platforms into ERP or accounting systems.
