Job summary

You will use Shopify, SyteLine ERP, and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage, review details, resolve discrepancies, and keep accurate records while coordinating with internal teams.

Strong English communication and time management are essential to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Connext is looking for an Order Processing Specialist who will support the Sales and Finance teams by processing orders, purchase orders, credits, returns, and related transactions. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple transactions while coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

What You’ll Do

• Download and review invoices from the Shopify order management system.
• Receive and process purchase orders through the production control system.
• Create internal purchase orders in the SyteLine ERP system for vendors.
• Enter and process sales orders, including taxes and warranty information.
• Review and validate order details for accuracy and completeness.
• Process price adjustments, promotional credits, co-op advertising credits, and customer account adjustments.
• Process stock return credits and review RMA submissions and supporting documentation.
• Maintain backlog trackers and follow up on outstanding refunds and returns.
• Coordinate with Finance on customer checks, credits, and financial bookings.
• Review pricing and transaction data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to order processing activities.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in order processing, order management, administrative support,
• or a similar role.
• Experience handling orders, invoices, credits, transactions, or related documentation.
• Experience using ERP, order management, or business systems.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities within deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
