Connext in Cebu is seeking a Bookkeeping Specialist to manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple healthcare client accounts, focusing on accounts payable, invoice processing, daily banking, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least three years of hands-on experience, and strong English communication. Onsite work in Cebu, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, bills, expenses, and accounting corrections using QuickBooks Online.
• Manage finance inboxes and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Perform daily banking activities and monitor transactions.
• Handle accounts payable, invoice validation, and W-9 documentation when required.
• Support bank and credit card reconciliations and payroll entries.
• Track tasks using Microsoft Planner and follow SOPs.
• Manage recurring bookkeeping responsibilities independently while meeting deadlines.

Job Summary

Screening Criteria

• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Planner, and Loop.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of bill and expense entry, accounts payable, and account reconciliations.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and financial documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage recurring deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established accounting procedures.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or healthcare accounts is an advantage.
