Job summary

Emerson Philippines is seeking a Lead Analyst Order Process Performance & Quality to strengthen order process execution across Asia Pacific. You will analyze performance, identify trends, and drive improvements aligned with global standards.

You will work cross-functionally with Customer Care, Sales, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, governance, and quality control that enhance customer outcomes and process reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in Customer Care, Order Management, or related functions.
• Knowledge of order processes, governance, metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC order process governance and performance monitoring.
• Analyze metrics, identify root causes, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Contribute to testing, deployment readiness, and validation activities.
• Prepare insights and updates for governance decisions and actions.
• Assist in change communication and adoption of process improvements.
