Qualifications

• Ability to translate data into practical actions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support execution, monitoring, and governance of the Asia Pacific Order process.
• Analyze order process performance, quality metrics, and customer indicators to identify root causes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and support improvements.
• Contribute to current-state and future-state workflow design and testing.
• Prepare insights and updates for performance management and governance decisions.
• Support change communication, training, and adoption related to order process improvements.
