Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in customer care/order management or related roles.
• Experience with order processes, governance, metrics, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support execution, monitoring, and governance of AP Order process in line with global standards.
• Analyze order process performance, quality metrics, and trends to identify root causes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and drive improvements.
• Contribute to current- and future-state analysis, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Prepare insights and updates to support performance management and continuous improvement.
• Support change communication and adoption activities for process and system changes.
