Emerson in Manila is seeking a Lead Analyst Order Process Performance & Quality to strengthen order process execution across Asia Pacific. You will analyze performance, identify root causes, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams to meet global standards.

The role focuses on governance, metrics, and customer outcomes through structured problem-solving and data-driven insights. Collaboration with Customer Care, Sales, and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commercial Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in Customer Care, Order Management, Inside Sales, Order Entry, process improvement, or related functions.
• Knowledge of order processes, governance, metrics, quality controls, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and translate findings into actions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution, monitoring, and governance of Asia Pacific Order process with global standards.
• Analyze order process performance, quality metrics, customer experience indicators, and trends.
• Partner with multiple teams to clarify requirements and support process improvements.
• Contribute to current-state analysis, future-state design, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Prepare insights and updates to support governance decisions and continuous improvement.
• Support change communication, training, and adoption related to process improvements.
