You will enter orders in the business system, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support operations with back-up capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
2.5 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management doing order entry, customer service, or administration.
Specific knowledge of Business System tools such as Oracle, and email management tool.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

Validate the completeness of purchase order requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Accurately enter orders into the business system in a timely manner.
Coordinate with relevant functional teams or personnel to resolve order-related issues and ensure all customer instructions and requirements are properly followed.
Expedite and elevate order concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
Support team operations through back-up responsibilities and workload sharing
Conduct audit on processed orders of other team members.
