Connext Global Solutions Inc. is seeking an Order Management Specialist to handle customer orders, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination for wholesale and e-commerce operations, supporting a client in the United States from the Philippines.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining accurate records and timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in customer service, order management, shipping, logistics, fulfillment, or related operations.
• Experience using at least one U.S. shipping program, such as UPS or FedEx.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, changes, subscriptions, and replacements.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, exceptions, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, production, and internal teams.
• File and monitor shipping claims through resolution.
• Respond professionally to customer and sales inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and support efficient order processing and logistics workflows.
