Job summary

Pioneer Square Brands is seeking an Order Management Coordinator in Pasig. The role covers order processing, inventory coordination, customer service, RMA, and warranty tasks to ensure timely execution of business needs.

You will handle PO creation, invoicing, SKU setup, and proactive inventory updates with OEM and international partners while maintaining SLA commitments and documenting procedures for continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Exposure to supply chain operations, inventory management, or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Willingness to work hybrid in Silver City, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders and Sample Orders, coordinate with warehouse for fulfillment.
• Inspect invoices and ensure timely processing.
• Set up new SKUs for distribution.
• Communicate inventory status proactively with OEM and partners.
• Handle RMA requests for Channel Partners.
• Provide first-level support for mis- and over-shipment issues.
• Support international business including pricing, quotes, and freight estimates.
• Conduct open-order reviews and communicate findings with partners.
• Document recurring procedures for business continuity.
• Review processes for continuous improvement and work with Allocation Team.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and NetSuite within SLAs.
