Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join a global supply chain operations team. You will manage customer orders, invoices, and inquiries through an online portal, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while aligning with US business hours.

You will collaborate with Sales and Supply Plants, process SAP POs, monitor SLAs, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Order Fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of end-to-end order management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders, invoices, and inquiries through an online portal.
• Receive and acknowledge purchase orders within defined SLAs.
• Enter and process sales orders and SAP purchase orders within a 48-hour SLA.
• Identify and communicate order discrepancies, risks, and delays to Sales and customers.
• Verify product availability and packaging per customer specifications.
• Review Letters of Credit (LCs) and resolve documentation gaps.
• Monitor shipment confirmations and issue timely order confirmations.
• Track and review shipping documents for accuracy and delivery readiness.
• Monitor local stock levels and replenish as needed.
• Issue SAP purchase orders to supply plants as required.
• Track shipment schedules and departure timelines to support on-time delivery.
• Assist with banking and trade documentation processes.
• Support Team Leads with projects, reporting, and ad-hoc requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in Order Fulfillment.

Join a global supply chain operations team where accuracy, collaboration, and customer experience are critical to success. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless order fulfillment while working closely with Sales, Supply Plants, and cross‑functional partners.

This position supports the North America team and requires working during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders, invoices, and inquiries through an online customer portal with accuracy and efficiency
• Receive and acknowledge purchase orders within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Enter and process sales orders and SAP purchase orders within a 48‑hour SLA
• Proactively identify and communicate order discrepancies, risks, and potential delays to Sales and customers
• Verify product availability and ensure packaging aligns with customer specifications
• Review Letters of Credit (LCs) and coordinate with Sales to resolve documentation gaps
• Monitor shipment confirmations from supply plants and issue timely order confirmations
• Track and review shipping documents for accuracy, ensuring customers receive them before cargo arrival
• Monitor local stock levels and manage replenishment activities
• Issue SAP purchase orders to supply plants as required
• Track shipment schedules and departure timelines to support on‑time delivery
• Support banking and trade documentation processes in compliance with internal procedures
• Assist Team Leads and Supervisors with operational projects, reporting, and ad‑hoc requests
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Order Fulfillment
