Job summary

Fujitsu in Taguig City is seeking an Order Fulfillment specialist to manage end-to-end order processing, from receipt to delivery. You will handle sales orders, invoicing, POs, and delivery coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, excellent analytical and communication skills, and proven ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
• Experience working in a shared services, global services, or BPO setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes from order receipt through delivery and closure.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor open orders and proactively resolve fulfillment issues, delivery delays, and order exceptions.
• Process order amendments, cancellations, returns, credits, and back-order requirements.
• Ensure compliance with established service levels and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment Operations

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes from order receipt through delivery and closure.
• Process and monitor sales orders, invoice to customers, quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification activities.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor open orders and proactively resolve fulfillment issues, delivery delays, and order exceptions.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, sales teams, procurement teams, and logistics partners.
• Provide timely updates regarding order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
• Handle escalations and drive prompt resolution of operational issues.

System and Process Management

• Perform transactions and data maintenance activities in SAP S/4HANA (OneERP+) and related systems.
• Maintain data accuracy for orders, deliveries, materials, suppliers, and customers.
• Support testing, system enhancements, and process transition activities when required.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.
• Participate in automation, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation and work instructions.
• Share best practices and support knowledge transfer activities across the team.

Reporting and Compliance

• Prepare operational reports and dashboards related to order fulfillment performance.
• Monitor backlog, aging orders, delivery performance, and service level compliance.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.

Qualifications
