Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, is seeking a Specialist II, PMO Order Entry to interpret order instructions, ensure accurate processing, and support project order transactions with consistency and quality.

You will work with Rosemount Customer Central and business tools, apply processes, and suggest improvements; requires a Bachelor's degree and 1.5 years data entry/d Documentation experience, proficient in Outlook and Excel, and willingness to night

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
1.5 years of work experience in documentation management or data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
Knowledge of business processes and tools (Oracle, CRM, eDocs, SharePoint).
Strong English communication skills.
Willingness to work night shift.

Responsibilities

Interpret and process order instructions from PMO team and enter them into business tools.
Evaluate and apply processes and make sound decisions when executing orders.
Communicate changes and make recommendations to improve order entry processes.
