Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in order management, data entry or data administration support.
• Familiarity with order entry or purchase order processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders and related supporting documents.
• Review incoming orders for technical and commercial compliance per policy.
• Verify pricing and services for orders (tests, certificates, COO, etc.).
• Conduct ITC screening of orders and coordinate approvals.
• Raise and process purchase orders to factories via Oracle and other tools.
