You will validate PO requirements, enter orders promptly, resolve order issues, and audit processed orders. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• 2.5 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management doing order entry, customer service, or administration.
• Knowledge of Business System tools such as Oracle and email management tool.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Validate the completeness of purchase order requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Enter orders into the business system in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with relevant functional teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure customer instructions are followed.
• Expedite order concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
• Support team operations through back-up responsibilities and workload sharing.
• Conduct audit on processed orders of other team members.
