Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Specialist II, PMO Order Entry, to grow your career by applying your technical proficiency and delivering excellent customer service as a member of the Measurement Solutions organization. You will interpret order instructions, ensure accurate processing, and support project order transactions with consistency and quality.

The role is based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. You will work on a night shift and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable order entry outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4‑year course.
• At least 1.5 years of work experience in documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of applicable business processes and systems tools (e.g. Oracle Business Systems, CRM, eDocs, SharePoint, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.
