Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Specialist II, PMO Order Entry in Mandaluyong City, Philippines to interpret order instructions and ensure accurate processing of project orders within Rosemount Customer Central. You will apply standard processes, make informed decisions, and support order transactions with consistency and high-quality service while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Night shifts are required in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 1.5 years of work experience in documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of applicable business processes and systems tools (e.g. Oracle Business Systems, CRM, eDocs, SharePoint, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and process order instructions from PMO team counterparts in Rosemount Customer Central and enter them into business tools.
• Evaluate and apply all the necessary processes and make sound decisions when executing orders.
• Communicate changes and make recommendations in the overall order entry process of project orders and transactions
• Suggest process improvements in the respective support
