Job summary

Emerson in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, is seeking a Specialist II PMO Order Entry to interpret order instructions, ensure accurate processing, and support project order transactions with consistency and quality.

You will work with PMO and Rosemount Customer Central, use Oracle, CRM, eDocs and SharePoint, and may need night shifts. A 4-year degree and 1.5 years’ relevant experience are required, along with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 1.5 years of work experience in documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel).
• Knowledge of Oracle Business Systems, CRM, eDocs, and SharePoint.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and process order instructions from PMO team counterparts in Rosemount Customer Central and enter them into business tools.
• Evaluate and apply all the necessary processes and make sound decisions when executing orders.
• Communicate changes and make recommendations in the overall order entry process of project orders and transactions
• Suggest process improvements in the respective support
