Job summary

Emerson in Mandaluyong, Philippines is seeking a Specialist II, PMO Order Entry to interpret order instructions, ensure accurate processing, and support project order transactions with consistency and quality. You will work with the Rosemount Customer Central tools, apply applicable processes, and collaborate across functions.

Requirements include a 4-year degree, 1.5 years in data entry or documentation support, proficiency in Outlook and Excel, knowledge of Oracle, CRM, eDocs and SharePoint,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 1.5 years of work experience in documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of business processes and systems tools (e.g. Oracle, CRM, eDocs, SharePoint).
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and process order instructions from PMO team counterparts in Rosemount Customer Central and enter them into business tools.
• Evaluate and apply all the necessary processes and make sound decisions when executing orders.
• Communicate changes and make recommendations in the overall order entry process of project orders and transactions.
• Suggest process improvements in the respective support.
