Job summary

HRTX is seeking an Oracle HCM Product Support professional in the Philippines to handle enhancement, maintenance, and production support for Oracle HCM products. You will design, develop, test, and follow Albertsons' standards to support existing solutions.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM components and related tools, with a willingness to work on shifting schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM components such as Core HR, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, HR Helpdesk, Compensation, Benefits.
• Proficient in Oracle BIP/OTBI, Oracle Integration Cloud, HDL/HSDL/HCM Data Extracts, and Groovy scripting.
• Experience with JIRA and Oracle HCM product support.

Responsibilities

• Work on requests pertaining to enhancement, maintenance and product support of existing Oracle HCM Products.
• Design, develop, test and provide production support following Albertsons standards and guidelines.
• Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during development/maintenance.
• Work in a team environment reporting to the HCM Technology Manager.
• Make sound decisions under pressure and independently determine methods on new assignments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Included, but not limited to:

• Work on requests that pertain to enhancement, maintenance and product support of existing Oracle HCM Products.
• Design, develop, test and provide production support following Albertsons standards and guidelines.
• Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development/maintenance.
• Work in a team environment, reporting to the HCM Technology Manager.
• Must earn the respect of project teams, project managers and the user community, as well as the management team.
• Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience and proficient in:
  o Oracle BIP and OTBI Reports
  o Oracle Integration Cloud
  o Data Loaders (HDL, HSDL, HCM Data Extracts)
  o Fast Formulas, Flexfields, Autocomplete Rules, Page Composer, Application Composer, Visual Builder, Sandbox, Groovy Scripts.
• Knowledge in JIRA
• Knowledge in Oracle HCM Core HR, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Learning, HR Helpdesk, Compensation, Benefits.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule as needed
