Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Service Spares Sales Order professional in Manila area to manage the Service Spares Sales Order process, ensure accurate validation, processing, invoicing, and on-time delivery.

The role provides administrative and operational support to internal and external customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment while upholding data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–3 years in an admin, order management, supply chain, or customer service role.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with timely order updates and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the pre-order process, including part numbers and quotations.
• Review orders for accuracy and compliance before processing.
• Process and book Sales Orders using Oracle and send order acknowledgements.
• Coordinate with Planners and Buyers to monitor stock and expedite material requirements.
• Track Back Order Status, update schedules, and maintain data accuracy in systems.
• Coordinate fulfillment with Shipping/Warehouse, including packing lists.
• Respond to inquiries with timely status updates and resolutions.
• Maintain the order tracker and ensure visibility for follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Shipping, Warehouse, Planning to resolve issues.
