Job summary

Intelegencia is seeking an Option Specialist to support the Higharc account from the Philippines. You will map, validate, and manage option data between Higharc and external ERP/CRM systems, ensuring accurate pricing and configuration for homebuilders.

You will collaborate with Implementation Leads and Solutions Consultants, review ERP export files, test mapped options, and maintain clear documentation while meeting nightly productivity targets and US client expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in homebuilding, estimating, purchasing, options management, data entry, ERP support, or similar technical or operational roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients or stakeholders in the United States.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and productivity targets.
• Willingness to work on a night-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage option mapping by executing strategies with Implementation Leads and Solutions Consultants.
• Review and analyze ERP export files (CSV) to identify non-matching options.
• Ensure data accuracy by creating, updating, and mapping options within Higharc.
• Perform testing and validation of mapped options for ERP/CRM alignment.
• Maintain clear documentation of mappings, discrepancies, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot data issues and improve mapping processes.
