Job summary

Link4 is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer in the Philippines to combine technical expertise with sales acumen. You will gather customer requirements, design integration approaches, and present solutions that map Link4 capabilities to ERP and financial systems.

This role emphasizes strong communication with business and IT stakeholders. The ideal candidate has ERP integration experience, API know-how, and a proven ability to translate complex technical details into actionable proposals for customers

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; equivalent practical experience.
3+ years in software development, systems integration or enterprise software delivery.
Experience implementing or integrating ERP or major enterprise apps.
Strong ability to interpret interfaces and investigate technical issues.
Desirable: experience with Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud ERP.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery with customers and partners; capture ERP versions, workflows, interfaces and security needs.
Document integration methods using Link4 APIs, SFTP or file-based interfaces; define data flows and mappings.
Interpret API docs and sample payloads (JSON/XML/CSV); validate with test environments.
Assess integration options with ERP systems and confirm customer access and partner needs.
Conduct technical demos and tailor presentations to customer tech and business teams.
Prepare RFP/RFQ responses, architecture diagrams and questionnaires; validate against product capabilities.
Coordinate reviews and escalate blockers; ensure timely handovers to delivery.
Create structured handover to Project Delivery covering scope, interfaces, testing and risks.
