Job summary

INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. is seeking an Estimate Specialist to support the implementation and adoption of our estimating platform.

You will handle data entry, system configuration, validation, quality checks, and implementation support, working closely with the Solutions Consultant – Estimate. This role is ideal for someone with experience in homebuilding estimating, purchasing, ERP support, or data operations who enjoys technology and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in homebuilding, estimating, purchasing, data entry, ERP support, or related roles.

• Willingness to work night shifts to support US customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain cost codes, items, assemblies, pricing, and vendor information in the Higharc Estimate platform.
• Support the setup of measure groups and builder workbooks based on established requirements.
• Ensure data is entered accurately, consistently, and according to required standards.
• Maintain organized records of data entries, updates, changes, and issues.
• Perform quality checks on estimate data and outputs, including quantities, cost codes, and pricing.
• Conduct validation tests and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and report errors or discrepancies for resolution.
• Verify that data is complete, accurate, and properly formatted before key project milestones and go-live.
• Assist with customer onboarding tasks and training preparation.
• Document recurring issues, data patterns, and process improvements to help strengthen the Estimate Adoption Playbook.
• Collaborate with Integration Consultants and Options Specialists to ensure incoming data is clean, accurate, and properly structured.
• Identify data discrepancies and integration-related issues.
• Provide clear documentation and recommended next steps when issues are identified.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to help keep implementations on schedule.

You will be responsible for data entry, system configuration, validation, quality checks, and implementation support, working closely with the Solutions Consultant – Estimate.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in homebuilding, estimating, purchasing, ERP support, or data operations who enjoys working with technology and takes pride in accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry and Configuration

• Enter and maintain cost codes, items, assemblies, pricing, and vendor information in the Higharc Estimate platform.

• Support the setup of measure groups and builder workbooks based on established requirements.

• Ensure data is entered accurately, consistently, and according to required standards.

• Maintain organized records of data entries, updates, changes, and issues.

Validation and Quality Assurance

• Perform quality checks on estimate data and outputs, including quantities, cost codes, and pricing.

• Conduct validation tests and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Identify, document, and report errors or discrepancies for resolution.

• Verify that data is complete, accurate, and properly formatted before key project milestones and go-live.

Customer Implementation Support

• Support the Solutions Consultant during customer onboarding by handling execution and administrative tasks.

• Assist with customer training preparation by organizing materials and setting up test environments.

• Provide support during training sessions and other implementation activities.

• Document recurring issues, data patterns, and process improvements to help strengthen the Estimate Adoption Playbook.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Integration Consultants and Options Specialists to ensure incoming data is clean, accurate, and properly structured.

• Identify data discrepancies and integration-related issues.

• Provide clear documentation and recommended next steps when issues are identified.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to help keep implementations on schedule.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in homebuilding, estimating, purchasing, data entry, ERP support, or a related role.

• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to produce accurate data work.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous experience working with US-based clients.

• Comfortable working with software platforms and able to learn new systems quickly.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own workload and deadlines.

• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

• Willingness to work a night shift to support US-based customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with homebuilding estimating systems or construction technology.

• Experience working with ERP systems or other business software.

• Familiarity with cost codes, construction pricing, assemblies, or vendor data.

• Experience supporting software implementation, onboarding, or UAT.

• Experience with Higharc or similar homebuilding technology platforms.
