Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Transactions Analyst to support transaction management, data analytics, and customer experience. You will gather data, generate reports, and help ensure smooth processing of transactions across teams.

You will apply AI and automation to optimize processes, participate in projects, and help mentor junior colleagues while collaborating with internal partners across lines of business to drive improvements.

Qualifications

Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in transaction management.
Familiarity with MIS and KPI reporting.
Experience with artificial intelligence and automation to optimize processes.
Experience handling customer inquiries with focus on service.
Ability to contribute to team projects with innovation and strategy.
Experience in training and guiding team members in transaction processing.
GED or high school diploma required
