Job summary

ATOS Information Technology Inc. in the Philippines seeks a talented automation engineer to design, build, and support intelligent automation workflows that connect enterprise systems and reduce manual work.

You will integrate AI models, MCP services, and APIs; develop prompts and memory strategies for reliable automated outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable delivery.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience delivering n8n workflows in a production environment.
Practical experience integrating MCP services and large language models (LLMs).
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and system integration.
Knowledge of prompt design, context management, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Experience with workflow reliability, logging, monitoring, retries, and error handling.
Good scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
Clear communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design and build production-ready automation workflows using n8n or comparable platforms.
Integrate AI models, MCP services, and enterprise APIs.
Develop prompts, context handling, and memory approaches for reliable automated outcomes.
Connect and orchestrate ServiceNow and other enterprise systems through secure APIs.
Implement error handling, retries, monitoring, audit trails, and human approval steps.
Test, document, deploy, and maintain automation solutions across environments.
Work with API, architecture, quality, and delivery teams to resolve dependencies.
Improve workflow performance, resilience, security, and maintainability.
