JPMorganChase is seeking a Loan Origination Associate — Transformation & Automation in Manila to partner with Loan Origination stakeholders across Documentation, Coordination, and Funding to drive automation and translate needs into actionable requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities include mapping workflows, delivering end-to-end automation, and creating reusable assets and reports. The role emphasizes risk-aware controls, governance, and collaboration with Technology and global teams.

Qualifications

• > 3 years of experience in loan operations, loan origination/closing, or related automation/business analysis.
• > Ability to analyze complex processes and data with risk/control mindset.
• > Knowledge of automation delivery practices and software development basics.
• > Hands-on experience with low-code/automation/analytics tools (Alteryx, UiPath, Power Automate, Tableau).
• > Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for analysis and reporting.
• > Strong communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Loan Origination stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate needs into requirements and user stories.
• Map current-state and target-state workflows to reduce manual touchpoints and improve throughput.
• Deliver automation initiatives end-to-end as an individual contributor (discovery to deployment).
• Create and enhance business solutions using approved low-code, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
• Automate origination activities (booking, funding readiness, document status, reporting).
• Embed controls-by-design with validations and monitoring for risk management.
• Collaborate with Technology and controls for access, data connectivity, and production support.
• Define and communicate OKRs/KPIs and benefits realized.
• Create documentation and reusable assets to support adoption and knowledge transfer.
