Job summary

JLL in the Philippines is seeking an experienced operations leader to assemble and guide a team, establish efficient procedures, and align activities with company goals. You will monitor process stages, drive stakeholder discussions, and optimize delivery performance.

You will coach team members, manage resources, and generate actionable insights from performance data, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence across services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of operations leadership and management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in computer functions within MS Office Suite.
• Strong administrative skills in organization and time management.
• Good reporting, analytics and presentation skills.
• Willing to work on shifting/rotating schedules.
• Experience in supporting UK/US-based services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team to ensure that service delivery standards are maintained.
• Be the single point of contact for team members on all operational issues.
• Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions with each team member and run regular team meetings.
• Assist with new hire training and nesting, and the development and maintenance of policy and process documentation.
• Support other leaders and foster a collaborative culture among peers.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and lead/assist with operational excellence programs.
• Manage retention of talent and monitor attrition levels.
