Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Taguig, Philippines is seeking an experienced operations leader to assemble and guide a team, establish effective procedures for the group, and drive service delivery to meet the company’s goals. You will take the lead in managing and monitoring the different stages of processes while facilitating discussions with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two years of operations leadership/management experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in reporting, analytics and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work shifting/rotating schedules.
• Experience supporting UK/US-based services is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team to ensure that service delivery standards are maintained.
• Be the single point of contact for team members on all operational issues.
• Conduct regular feedback and coaching sessions with each team member and run regular team meetings.
• Assist with new hire training and nesting, as well as continued development and maintenance of policy and process documentation.
• Assist and support other leaders and solicit a team culture between your peers.
• Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with all stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and lead/assist with the implementation of operational excellence programs.
• Manage retention of talent and keep attrition levels to acceptable standards.
• Provide reporting and data insights on team performance.
