Job summary

JLL in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Support Analyst to streamline operations and support admin tasks across programs.

You will manage records, run reports, and assist in developing efficient processes, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic SQL is a plus; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in an administrative or operational role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Process oriented with strong analytical skills in problem identification & resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support facilities BAU through handling of high-volume administrative tasks for facilities teams.
• Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
• Provide general administrative support to program teams.
• Assist in developing and implementing efficient operational processes.
• Prepare reports and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Data source management and data gathering for centralised reporting.
• Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis using tools like Google Sheets, Google Plx and business intelligence platforms (Smartsheet, Looker Studio etc)
• Review of systems data to ensure information is always up-to-date and accurate.
• Provide support for projects as assigned, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Support the drafting of newsletters and managing a communications schedule.
