Job summary

Private Advertiser in Davao City seeks an Operation Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with QHSES standards. You will mentor staff and supervise cross-shift turnover to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities include enforcing policies, safe operation of equipment, and timely reporting of safety incidents, NCRs, and quality controls, while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a cold storage warehouse environment.
• Full knowledge of supply chain handling and processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff follow safety policies and report accidents/violations.
• Prepare documentation such as Non-conformance Reports (NCR).
• Operate and supervise within QHSES standards (Quality, Health & Safety, Environment, Security).
• Oversee materials handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate cross-shift turnover and communication between shifts.
