Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Davao City to oversee daily scooping-station operations, inventory control, and customer service. You will lead a nine-person team, manage petty cash and administrative tasks, and drive adherence to strategic directions set by the Retail Head.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a food retail setting, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth store openings and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food retail setting.
• Proficiency in inventory and operations systems; SAP is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of scooping stations.
• Manage weekly inventory levels and place orders (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Handle store petty cash and/document expenses and reimbursements.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly.
• Send daily sales reports to the designated group chat.
• Prepare monthly Finance audit requirements for the stores.
• Lead training sessions for new and existing store crew.
• Oversee hiring and interviewing of scoopers with manpower agency coordination.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Production, Logistics, and General Services Team for store openings.
• Manage weekly shift scheduling and related manpower administrative tasks (leave, attendance, incidents).
• File necessary work permits and assist third-party contractors during oculars or installations.
