Job summary

Quanta Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the distribution center in Davao City. The role ensures products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time, with a focus on inventory integrity and safety.

You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate with sales and logistics, and drive improvements in processes, reporting on performance and ensuring compliance with 5S and Good Warehouse Practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Proficiency with SAP, inventory management, and warehouse best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and perform reconciliation.
• Coordinate timely deliveries to customers and branches.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Implement safety procedures, 5S, and Good Warehouse Practices.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze warehouse performance.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to resolve delivery and inventory concerns.
