Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Warehouse Leadership: Oversee inbound, storage, inventory control, and outbound operations to ensure seamless flow and service quality.
• Operational Efficiency & Cost Control: Optimize workflows, manpower, and space utilization to achieve productivity targets, KPIs, SLAs, and minimize shrinkage.
• Inventory Accuracy & Compliance: Safeguard stock integrity through cycle counts, audits, and strict adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse teams to consistently meet goals, enhance engagement, and foster a strong performance culture.
• Continuous Improvement & Systems: Drive process improvements and leverage WMS/ERP tools for enhanced visibility, reporting, and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-4 years of Supervisory Experiences for the said position
• Proven experience in warehouse or distribution center supervision.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and warehouse best practices.
